As part of a collaborative team, I designed and developed the web-based version of the VA Benefits and Services course, which provides transitioning service members and Veterans with essential information about the benefits, resources, and support available through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Our goal was to create an engaging, accessible, and user-friendly learning experience that empowers Veterans to make informed decisions about their healthcare, education, employment, and other entitlements.

WilLow Corporation has seen a significant increase in international
employee travel due to business growth overseas. The HR department is
inundated with questions about passport obtainment for these
international trips.
This training will educate employees about the documents they need to
assemble to apply for a passport. It will also prepare them for a passport
application appointment.

Somerset Hospital’s current fire safety procedures are outdated and need
updating. A new training is necessary to ensure all employees are
educated on current fire safety protocols.
This training will educate employees about the RACE/PASS fire safety
protocols to ensure staff and patient safety in the event of a fire.
